Ellen Mattingly, Esq.

Attorney Mattingly's practice has focused on domestic relations for over thirty years. She has represented clients in the Plymouth, Bristol, Norfolk, Barnstable, Middlesex and Suffolk Probate Courts. She has extensive experience in all areas of domestic relations, including divorce, alimony, division of property, custody, modifications, contempts and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She is a certified conciliator and has been appointed by the Bristol and Probate Courts to serve in that capacity.

Although reaching an equitable agreement is always the primary goal, she has had extensive trial experience in the Probate Court and is knowledgeable about and adept in utilizing the rules of evidence, which are complicated but necessary in trials before the Probate Court.
