Conciliation

Conciliation can help people who are going through domestic relations proceedings reach an equitable agreement on the issues involved in their particular situation. In order to have an effective conciliation, the conciliator needs to have experience with the court system and know the range of likely results if the matter were presented to a judge for trial. Attorney Mattingly has been practicing in the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for over thirty (30) years and has extensive experience in negotiating agreements, as well as in trying cases before the court and with the judges in the Probate Court. This enables her to assist people who want to work together to attempt to reach an agreement in their case.
